bp Europa S.E. was founded on 30 April 2010 by merging the bp country organisations in Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria and Poland together with the Deutsche BP AG. In April 2011, bp (Switzerland) AG has been integrated into the SE. bp Europa S.E. is committed to electro-mobility, and to delivering a seamless charging experience for EV drivers, incentivising investment in e-mobility infrastructure, and creating a consumer-centric, open, and competitive market model for EV charging in Europe.
